Q: What style of photography do you shoot?
A: I like to think of myself as a natural light and lifestyle photographer.
Q: What is lifestyle photography?
A: Lifestyle photography is more in the vain of candid photography although with a little guidance. Think of it more as capturing what you normally would be doing (your everyday and real life) or places you like to frequent. Lifestyle photography tells your unique story.
Q: How do I book a session with you?
A: Feel free to contact me for a session via my website. You can call me directly, but I prefer to handle initial contacts through email to keep things organized for myself. After we connect and set a potential date, I just require a non-refundable $50 deposit to hold that date.
Q: Do you travel?
A: Of course. The majority of my shoots requires some degree of travel for me and is included in the session price. If you’re inquiring about of shoot out of state, contact me for a custom quote.
Q: Can I request certain types of poses/shots?
A: I like to keep your session as natural as possible and capture the real you. Of course I do offer some guidance for those who might need a little help. And that’s ok. We’re not all professional models, at least I'm certainly not. If you have any requests, that’s perfectly fine too. I’m more than happy to squeeze those in. Just be aware, I like to focus on your lifestyle.
Q: Can you shoot at my home?
A: Absolutely. It usually works best in an open and well light home. Of course, not everyone’s home is as bright or well light, so we’ll have to shoot at a time with the most amount of available light.
Q:What happens in the case of rain or bad weather?
A: In that case, I’ll keep an eye on the weather ahead of time. If it appears the weather will not be cooperating with us, I’ll notify you ahead of time so that we can reschedule an alternative date.
Q: How long before I receive my photos?
A: Typically, you will receive a speak peek via Facebook within a week of your session. I will then deliver all of your edited photos via digital download within 30 days of your shoot.
Q: How do you deliver my photos?
A: All photos are delivered to you via digital download. There are no physical prints sent to you. If you would like prints made, I’m more than happy to suggest some great photo labs to print quality photos for you.
Q: How long do I have to download my photos?
A: Your gallery is available to share and download for 30 days. You will receive an email a few days before that time period is over reminding you time is almost expired. Should you require more time past the 30 days, you will be required to pay a $25 fee to extend/re-upload your gallery.
